Apple implements two different methods for distributing apps Over-The-Air.
In-house app distribution: Organizations enrolled in the iOS Developer Enterprise Program are allowed to build and distribute in-house apps for employees.
App distribution for Beta testing: Developers may also choose to distribute apps Over-The-Air to select users for Beta testing.
By implementing these OTA app distribution methods, some services have been launched that allow users to install apps outside the App Store on non-jailbroken iOS devices. These App Store alternatives are available both as free and paid services.

The problem is however, Installous has shutdown and AppSync for iOS 6 is a little bit harder to find. No to worry however, you can still get cracked apps on iOS 6.x and in this tutorial we will show you how to do just this.
How To Install AppSync On iOS 6.x

Step 1) – The first thing to get cracked apps on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad Jailbroken on iOS 6.x is to install AppSync. In order to do this you will need launch Cydia, tap the Manage Tab, tap the Sources section and finally tap the Edit button in the top right corner of the screen. You should now see an Add Button appear in the top left corner of the screen. Tap the Add button now and type in the following source:

Step 2) – Once you have added one of the repos listed above you will need to search for AppSync. Depending on the repo you added AppSync will be called something slightly different, but look for something along the lines of “AppSync for iOS 6.x“. As long as you see somewhere either in the title mentioning iOS 6 or in the description you can go ahead and install it.
Step 3) – Once AppSync has installed reboot your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad by holding down the power button until you see “slide to power off”. After rebooting, download a free application from the App Store and ensure the app launches without any issues. If it doesn’t launch then this is likely not a working version of AppSync and it will need to be uninstalled by launching Cydia, going into the Manage tab, followed by Packages, finding AppSync and uninstalling it.
Step 4) – As long as the free application you downloaded did launch, you are good to go.
With AppSync installed it means cracked applications can now run on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Step 1) – The first thing you will need to do is download iFunBox for your Windows or Mac OS X computer.
